- The California Room: Cali king bed (+ trundle bed if rqd)
- The Sunset Room (1 x queen bed)
- The Sunshine Room (twin single beds, can be joined)
- 2 bathrooms + outdoor shower
- Garden with weber BBQ and fire pit
- Use of garage studio
- Use of Beach Cubby (beach umbrellas, towels etc)
- Use of retro bikes

* Limited number of private bookings available each year
* Max 6 people, minimum 2 night stay
* Arrival 3pm, departure 10am
* Adults only, no pets

Weekends: $1997 2 nights, $2400 3 nights (F/S/S)
